What arrives, and how often
Only material developments: a market rule, product, auction, methodology or remuneration design that changed or was formally proposed. Routine operational notices, auction calendars and corporate news do not appear, which is the whole point of the monitor.
There is no fixed schedule, because the news has none. You receive a digest when there is something in it and nothing when there is not. A quiet week is a real signal rather than a gap, and an empty email would only teach you to ignore the next one.
The US monitor is deliberately sparse
American market design moves in fewer, larger steps, and it is filtered a second time against a stricter test before it reaches the page. Expect a handful of items a quarter rather than a weekly rhythm. Choosing Both adds those to the European digest rather than sending a second email.
